I have to tell you how excited I am for the new owners of this Shorewood condo. I'm so excited! It's so close to everything. It really is steps to the heated saltwater pool, steps to the beach, a short walk to restaurants and shops, and a quick walk to the new Celebration Park. Once you get there, you absolutely do NOT need a car.
I am so excited this beach condo is Sold! This is a great community, and it is so close to everything that the island has to offer. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, live entertainment...walking distance. Pool...outside the back door. Beach...steps from the walking path. Everything is right there. Not to mention that the condo itself is a perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bath space that is move in ready.
Under Contract at the Beach!!! Who could ask for anything more?! There are not a lot of beach villas for sale these days and definitely not a lot as nice as Ocean Club Villas. The new owners are going to love being steps to the beach and a quick walk to Coligny for shopping and eating.
