The market is tight as inventory is low, and there are many buyers circling to get into the game. Right now it's fair to say that we are knee deep a “Seller’s Market” in the South Carolina Lowcountry and that one needs to be very savvy in order to have their offer accepted.
The new Burnt Church Distillery is hosting their first annual Bluegrass Festival this Saturday. No rain in the forecast! Even better - a portion of their proceeds will go to benefit local charities. Enjoy the music of local bands and being outside at this beautiful new watering hole!
Under Contract in Bluffton Park! This bright and airy home with double porches is gorgeous and just minutes from Old Town. This 4 bedroom home is spacious and pristine. It's move in ready and just waiting for finishing touches to make it personal. Hop on a golf cart to shop and eat in Old Town.
Finally an outside event in Historic Bluffton to walk around and enjoy. It is being hosted by The Store, and I think it's safe to say that we are all grateful that they are hosting it. Participate by either entering your art or floral arrangement in the event or by strolling around and viewing all the fantastic art by talented local artists.
Under Contract in Hampton Lake! This Hampton Lake Drive home and the community of Hampton Lake are top notch. Our buyers are going to love being in this active and vibrant neighborhood. This home is turnkey so all they'll have to focus on is enjoying themselves at the pool, or the restaurant, or playing tennis, or on the lake...you get the picture!
Under Contract in Old Town! This fantastic home didn't last long, and we just knew it. It's hard to pass up being as close as a golf cart ride to dining, shops, and galleries.
