Sold! There's just something so connected and warm about the Bluffton Park area. When you drive through, everyone waves and says hello. This home is very close to Old Town. It would be easy to grab your golf cart and tool around town and see what's happening. The interior is exceptionally clean and bright. It is a blank slate for the new owners to make it all theirs.
With a front staircase fit for a queen and sweeping backyard views of Skull Creek, our clients can't wait to start making new memories. The sunsets on this side of the island are like no other. The interior of this home doesn't disappoint either with its grand rooms, tall ceilings, great windows, and the perfect Carolina room.
This morning I found a snake waiting for me at my back door while I was making coffee! I instantly started looking up articles on snakes to find out what kind it was and learned that May is snake season. I mean...I'm a little ahead of the curve since it's only April! They must know that I am a safe house because I would never hurt them ????.
Palmetto Hall is about to have new neighbors! We think they are going to love it in there. Golf, pool, tennis...and now even beach access. With lagoon to golf views and a gourmet kitchen this home is a keeper.
