Leftover Thanksgiving Panini
I found this recipe while looking for a dish to pass for Thanksgiving. Now I can't wait for leftovers because I'm definitely making this. It's a Ree Drummond recipe which means you can't go wrong!
You're gonna need a panini maker, and it makes one big sandwich. I'd say you could share but you probably won't want to.
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 slices sourdough sandwich bread
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/3 cup shredded leftover roast turkey
3 tablespoons leftover cranberry sauce
1/3 cup leftover dressing
2 tablespoons leftover giblet gravy
2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
