If you've been around Hilton Head for any length of time, then you know that St. Patrick's Day is a big deal. Festivities are always the Saturday and Sunday before St. Patrick's Day. Saturday morning starts off with a 5k walk/run, Saturday evening is a concert, and Sunday afternoon is the parade. The Saturday concert is a free event and will begin with traditional pipe and drums followed by Boston's Irish rock band, The Fenian Sons. 2nd Annual Irish Concert in the Park

The Super Bowls kicks off the spring real estate season in Bluffton and on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Historically, the day after the completion of the Super Bowl is the beginning of the spring selling season and normally lasts until the Saturday after the Heritage Golf Tournament in late April.
