If you've been around Hilton Head for any length of time, then you know that St. Patrick's Day is a big deal. Festivities are always the Saturday and Sunday before St. Patrick's Day. Saturday morning starts off with a 5k walk/run, Saturday evening is a concert, and Sunday afternoon is the parade.
The Saturday concert is a free event and will begin with traditional pipe and drums followed by Boston's Irish rock band, The Fenian Sons.
