Why is this my pick this week? — 33 Waterfowl Road is the 2014 Southern Living Idea House. Enough said.

But…in case you’re picky and want more:

  • look at the architecture!!!!!!!

  • the mix of textures and all the design lines are complete perfection

  • I can’t get enough of looking at all the details…they go on for days

  • brick, hardwood, coffered ceilings ????

  • 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and over 3,700 SF

  • the sloped handrail, glass walkway, and screened porch arched windows are dynamite

  • an outside fireplace for fall nights

Since love is in the air in Palmetto Bluff with the Bieber wedding, I couldn’t resist this beauty that is within walking distance to Wilson Village. This home is so full of light, and look at that fireplace. Wow! There are so many gorgeous features.

Make sure you check out:
