
How many of you meditate? I’ll be honest, I’ve tried it and then stopped, tried and then stopped…you see where I’m going with this?! However, I find this 21-day meditation program and so far so good. I like that they are guided and my mind doesn’t seem to wander as much with these. So I thought — if I can do it, so can you!
